Cancellation & Refund Policy
Please read the below stated points for any cancellations.
Please understand that the points mentioned in the policies are with reference to the time slots on the website selected by the customer in checkout process.
Orders will be processed in time slots and we accept cancellation requests with reference to time slot selected by user in order placed. Consider conditions stated below –
- If the cancellation request comes to Gulfflora before 24 hours to the start of time period selected – 10% of order value is charged as cancellation charges. 90% refund to Bank Account.
- If the cancellation request comes to Gulfflora between 12 – 24 hours before the launch of time slot selected then – 20% of order value will be deducted as cancellation charges. 80% refund to Bank Account.
- If cancellation is request comes to Gulfflora within 12 hours to the start of time slot period selected – 100% of order value will be deducted as cancellation charges. 0% refund to Bank account.
In any of the cases above Wallet refunds and Bank refunds can be initiated only at the discretion of company considering the reasons of cancellation like unfortunate events, calamities or unavoidable circumstances. No claims to refund can be made by client to overrule above stated clause.
NO cancellation requests are accepted on order placed in following categories.
- Same day delivery order – If your date of placing an order and delivery date of that order are same, we do not accept cancellation request. If you cancel it, or receiver does not admit it – you are not entitled to any refund.
- Same day mid-night delivery orders can not be cancelled.
- Special day orders can not be cancelled and no refund is initiated for them.
Same day Orders
We allow customers to select the same date of delivery on which he/she is placing the order i.e. order delivery and order placed date is same. We attempt to do same day delivery of the requested products but DO NOT PROMISE so.
We will process same day delivery orders within 24 hours of requested date and time slot period.
- Gulfflora takes same day orders for day before 12 pm. It is attempt to do same day delivery and not a promise, though we make our 100% effort to deliver on the same date as order placed.
At Gulfflora, we have a friendly refund policy to ensure your online purchase is hassle-free and we make every trouble or effort to ensure that you admit excellent service. Our Refund policy is applicable only for the below cases.
- Product Not Delivered.
- Mismatch of the Delivered Product with description on the website.
- Late Delivery of Product, i.e., wrong date as we do not guarantee specific time for delivery.
At Gulfflora, we make every trouble or effort to ensure that customer support resolve the customer issues fast and impeccable. Customer can raise their Complaints by sending email to email@example.com within 36hours from the delivery date. In case of any delivery issues, we request and asks customers to send delivered product’s photos received and along with Order details.
Refund process in 3 easy Steps:
- Customer should raise a Refund request within 36hours from the delivered date.
- After verifying all the order information, we process the request for cancellation.
- Post cancellation of the order, refund amount will reflect in your account within 5-7 business days. (Does not include Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays).
Partial refunds shall be applicable in cases of Bad Delivery or Late Delivery, which is solely at the discretion of the company.
